Moberly Girls golf places ninth in Sedalia

Moberly Girls Golf team competed in the Smith-Cotton Girls Golf Classic at the Sedalia Country Club Monday September 13. Moberly placed 9th overall in the Classic with a team score of 390. Alyson Mongler shot a 79 and placed 4th in the Classic. Kassy Kressig shot a 98, Taylor Hall shot 105, Becca Burkhart 112, and Kaitle Hess shot a 108.

Coach Jean Anderson said the Moberly golf team is showing improvements in each match they play and continue to get better as a team. Notre Dame took the tournament win shooting a 323 as a team and also took the first place individual medal with Erin Shriver who shot a 73. Camdenton took second with a 331 and Helias placed third with a 332.
