Magic basketball wins 2 of 3 in tournament

Future Moberly Spartans “Magic” played in the St Pius Basketball Tournament this last week.
The girls played Tuesday evening against Higbee and won 30 to 4. On Thursday evening Magic went against Hallsville and won 20 to 9.

Magic was matched in the championship game on Saturday afternoon against Madison. With a tie at the end of regulation play and going into overtime, Magic lost with a score of 23 to 21.

Magic will begin a tournament in Salisbury this week.
