In the USSSA 14U AA division the Moberly Bombers have a Power Ranking of #1 in the state of Missouri and are # 2 in the nation out of a total of 1,235 teams. Moberly Bombers assistant coach Matt Bragg commented on their season so far “We currently have a record of 16-1 in our division. We have received several compliments for our outstanding defense and aggressive approach to the game… They boys have worked extremely hard this year and have been very successful. Since we don’t play any games in Randolph county many of these boys don’t get the local recognition they deserve. The local community should be very proud of how these boys represent Moberly, Cairo and Madison. Thank you for giving them some well deserved recognition in the community as well as giving us the opportunity to thank all of our parents and sponsors for their support.”
The Bombers will be competing in the Missouri State USSSA Baseball Tournament June 17-20 in Liberty, MO.
