In the 1800 block of Ronda Ct., police arrested a 28-yer-old man for domestic asault, bond set at $2,500. The subject later posted bond and was released.
March 22
In the 1300 block of E U.S. 24, police arrested an 18-year-old male for petty larceny (shoplifting), bond set at $231.50. The subject was later released from custody on summons.
March 23
In the 500 block of Johnson St., police arrested a 25-year-old male for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving while suspended, bond set at $2,500. The subject was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail. On the same date, based on a criminal complaint filed by the Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, Associate Circuit Judge Cynthia Suter issued a warrant charging Robert G. Campos with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and no valid driver’s license, cash bond $2,500. Campos was unable to post bond and was transferred to the Randolph County Justice Center.
Near Fisk Ave. And CR 2250, police arrested a 27-year-old male for driving while intoxicated (second offense), bond set at $4,500. The subject was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail. On the same date, based on a criminal complaint filed by Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney’s office, Associate Circuit Judge Cynthia Suter issued a warrant charging Clinton S. Apel with the same above offense. Apel posted bond and was released from custody.
