Police Arrests

June 18
Near Burkhart St. and Bel Rose Ave., police arrested a 29-year old male for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, bond $2,500. The subject was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail. On June 19, 2010, based on a criminal complaint filed by the Randolph Co Prosecuting Attorney’s office, Associate Circuit Judge Cynthia Suter issued a warrant charging Corey M. Smith for the same offense and set bond at $2,500. Smith was unable to post bond and was transferred to the Randolph County Justice Center.
June 19
In the 400 block of E. Logan St., police arrested a 39-year old male for Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), bond $391.50. The subject later posted bond and was released from custody.
In the 1000 block of S. Williams St., police arrested Rodger A Harris, 18, on the two Moberly Municipal warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Minor in Possession, cash bond $146.50; and Failure to Appear original charge Exceeded Posted Speed Limit, cash bond $60. Harris was also arrested on two Randolph County warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, cash bond $5,000; and Failure to Appear original charge Burglary 2nd Degree, cash bond $10,000. Harris was unable to post bond and was transferred to the Randolph County Justice Center.
In the 300 block of N. Clark St., police arrested Ricky D. Allen, 19, on a Randolph County warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Failed to Wear Seatbelt, cash bond $150. Allen posted bond and was released from custody.
Near US 24 and Morley St., police arrested Randy D Sager, 28, on a Moberly Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Stop Sign, bond $56.50. Sager posted bond and was released from custody.
In the 300 block of Chandler St., police arrested Kerri L Stoner, 32, on a Moberly Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Exceeded Posted Speed Limit/Failed to Wear Seatbelt, bond $101.50. Stoner posted bond and was released from custody. Also at the location, police arrested Donald E. Bunch, Jr., 28, on a Moberly Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear original charge No Valid Operator’s License, cash bond $61.50. Bunch posted bond and was released from custody.

In the 300 block of E. McKinsey St., police arrested a 19-year-old male for Driving While Intoxicated (2nd Offense), Possession of Marijuana, Minor in Possession by Consumption, and Tampering with Evidence, bond $4,500. The subject later posted bond and was released from custody.

Near Park St. and Woody Ave., police arrested a 32-year-old female for Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), bond $391.50. The subject later posted bond and was released from custody.
