February 16

In the 600 block of N. Morley St., police arrested Allen W Ammons, 28, on two Moberly Municipal warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Vehicle License, cash bond $61.50; and Failure to Appear original charge Failed to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, cash bond $61.50. Allens was also arrested on a Randolph Co warrant for Forgery (3 Counts), bond $10,000. Ammons posted bond and was released from custody.

In the 800 block of S 4th St., police arrested a 26-year-old male for Driving While Revoked (5th Offense), bond $4,500. The male was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail. On 02/17/11, based on a criminal complaint filed by the Randolph Co. Prosecuting Attorney’s office, Associate Circuit Judge Cynthia Suter issued a warrant charging Curtis A Pearce with No Valid Driver’s License (Felony), bond $4,500. Pearce posted bond and was released from custody.

February 17

Near Coates St. and Moulton St., police arrested Jerry W. Coureton, 53, on two Randolph Co. warrants: Probation Violation original charge Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Revoked, bond $20,000; and Probation Violation original charge Domestic Assault 2nd Degree, bond $20,000. Coureton was unable to post bond and was transferred to the Randolph Co. Justice Center.

February 18

In the 2100 block of Silva Ln., police arrested a 48-year-old male for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Bond $45,000. The subject was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail.

February 21

In the 1200 block of S. Morley St., police arrested Travis L. Bailey, 29, on a Randolph Co. warrant for Failure to Obey Judge’s Order original charge Stealing, Forgery, and Resisting Arrest, cash bond $2,500. Bailey was unable to post bond and was transferred to the Randolph Co Justice Center.

In the 300 block of N. Clark St., police arrested Jo A. Dwyer, 49, on a Randolph Co. warrant for Failure to Obey Judge’s Orders original charge Driving While Intoxicated-Persistent Offender, Failed to Stop at Stop Sign, and Failed to Wear Seatbelt, bond $25,000. Dywer posted bond and was released from custody.

February 22

At the Randolph Co. Justice Center, police detained Ras I Clark, 31, on a Moberly Municipal warrant and transported him to the Moberly Police Department, with Clark later being released from custody per Moberly Municipal Judge T. Shea.

In the 1500 block of S. Morley St., police arrested Kevin E. Nichols, 38, on a Randolph Co. warrant for Probation Violation original charge Non Support-Felony (6 Counts), cash bond $50,000. Nichols was unable to post bond and was transported to the Randolph Co Justice Center.

In the 600 block of Bertley St., police arrested a 24-year-old male for Possession of Marijuana, bond $331.50. The subject was later released from custody on summons.

At the Boone Co. Sheriff’s Department, police detained Jeffrey R. Payne, 32, on seven Moberly Municipal warrants: Failure to Appear original charge Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), cash bond $386.50; Failure to Appear original charge Fail to Obey Lawful Order, cash bond $386.50; Failure to Appear original charge Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), bond $386.50; Failure to Appear original charge Defective Equipment, bond $51.50; Failure to Appear original charge Fail to Signal, bond $51.50; Failure to Appear original charge Fail to Yield to Emergency Vehicle, bond $86.50; and Failure to Appear original charge Fail to Stop at Stop Sign, bond $61.50. Payne was also detained on a Randolph Co for Failure to Appear original charge Driving Under Influence, cash bond $500. Payne was transported to the Moberly Police Department, where he was unable to post bond and was incarcerated in the Municipal Jail.
