Janet Morales - November 1, 2010Antonio G. Moreno appeared before the Court and entered a plea of guilty to the class C felony of forgery. The Court accepted the recommended sentence of the State, as agreed to by Moreno, and sentenced Moreno to three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Probation was denied and the sentenced was ordered executed. Moreno was returned to the Sheriff for transportation to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Saroeun Mark Sorm appeared before the Court and admitted violation of his probation supervision on the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. The Court found no alternative to execution of the sentence and sustained the State’s motion to revoke probation. The previously imposed five year sentence was ordered executed running consecutive to all other sentences. Sorm was returned to the Sheriff for transportation to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Michael A. Wyatt appeared before the Court and entered a plea of guilty to the class B misdemeanor of DWI – alcohol. The Court sentenced Wyatt to six months in the Randolph County Jail. Execution of sentence was suspended and Wyatt was placed on probation for a period of two years with ACS. Special conditions of probation include Wyatt be placed on SCRAM (alcohol monitoring system) for a period of 30 days, complete 40 hours of community service, not to enter bars/liquor stores, not to consume alcohol, and not to occupy motor vehicle with alcohol present.
