Members of the Margaret Miller Daughters of the American Revolution look on as Moberly Mayor Bob Riley signs a proclamation declaring September 17-23 as Constitution Week. September 17 marks the 223rd anniversary of the drafting of the Constitution of the United States by the Constitutional Convention.
