Gary Adams has volunteered to cook the pork meat for the BBQ meal this year. The BBQ meal will be served under the Brangus Pavilion on Friday night. Bank of Cairo and Moberly employees will again be serving the meal and the members of the Moberly CTA Chapter will serve the beverages.

Gospel Music Night

Something new at the Randolph County Fair this year will be a Gospel Music night to be held from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., Wednesday, July 21. While many churches hold Wednesday night services, the Fair Board is asking them to invite their choirs, youth and other individuals on this night to share the message through music and song.

“This would be an excellent opportunity to show the talents we have in Randolph County, ” said Theresa Hyatt, Fair Board president.

Anyone interested in participating in the Gospel Music night should contact Hyatt at 660-263-2414 or 660-651-4850. You may also email her at hyatt@missvalley.com.

Hyatt said a sound person will be available to help with set-up.
