Three generations of Loudermilks celebrate same birthday

Glenda Analla, Glen Loudermilk and Abby Baker, daughter, father and granddaughter, all celebrate their birthday on September 24.
Glenda Analla and her daughter Abby came to Moberly last weekend so Glenda, MHS Class of ‘65, could attend the Alumni Bash and to celebrate her father’s birthday – and their own, as well.
“I haven’t had a birthday since I was 23,” said Glen Loudermilk, Moberly. Glen received a special gift for his birthday that year, the birth of his daughter, Glenda. From then on, September 24 was Glenda’s special day. Until her thirty-third birthday when she got her own special gift, Abby.
“I found the statistic once on three generations having the same birthday and it’s very rare,” said Glenda.
“He (Glen) lost a sister in 1930,” said Abby. “He always said we were his angels that she sent.”
Glen is a retired postal carrier. He and his wife Bonnie, whose birthday is September 8, are active members of Trinity United Methodist Church. They formerly volunteered at the hospital and worked the polls during elections.
Glenda is a life coach in Kansas City where she does individual and corporate coaching.
Abby, with three little girls of her own, works for an insurance company in Kansas City.
“Their birthdays are no where near mine,” she exclaimed.
