Pumpkin Launch

The Moberly Parks and Recreation hosted a Pumpkin Launch at Howard Hils Athletic Complex November 6. Kids of all ages showed up with their parents to try their luck at the pumpkin launching apparatus, donating one dollar per pumpkin launched across the field at the sports complex. All monies earned went to the United Way. Provided that the pumpkins were launched a considerable distance, hay bales were the markers for distances, the pumpkin launcher would win a prize!
