‘Get in where you fit in’: volunteer

The Moberly VFW Post 2654 is joining with friends of the VFW to promote programs that enhance the lives of all area citizens.

The “Get In Where You Fit In” program encourages individuals to volunteer in their unique way to make a difference for others.

Roderick Haney at Kutz and Stylz and Tammy Lewis and Tara Carey at Hair I Am are donating their talents as stylists to offer back to school hair cuts at half price (see ad/coupon at right). They are able to do this through the help offered by the Moberly VFW.

The Post reminds all that anybody can be a volunteer. If you have a special skill, talent, resources or just a little free time and want to volunteer, consider becoming a friend of the VFW to see how you can Get In Where You Fit In.
