<p>The 2011 Miss Moberly Scholarship Pageant was held Saturday night with Kara Myers named Miss Moberly 2011. Myers, 17, is the daughter of Diana Hakola and John Myers. She is a senior at Moberly Senior High School and performed a vocal solo for her talent presentation. Her platform was &#8220;Reach for Dreams.&#8221;</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Moberly Police Department is now accepting applications for the upcoming Citizen’s Police  Academy.</p>
<p>The Citizen’s Academy will begin on Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Classes are held on Tuesday nights from 6:00pm to 10:00pm for 10 weeks.</p>
